ODOO IMPLEMENTATION

Odoo implementation to scale your business

We implement Odoo by first understanding how your company works, what you need to improve and what must change for the system to add value from day one.

THE CHALLENGE

Is your day spent fixing inefficiencies and repetitive tasks?

Company growth often brings operational disorder: duplicated data, tools that don’t talk to each other and decisions made blindly. When information is scattered, the team spends more time dealing with friction than driving the business.

01

Disconnected processes

Duplicated information and recurring manual tasks that eat up time.

02

Isolated systems

Heterogeneous software that doesn’t communicate and makes it hard to consolidate information.

03

Lack of visibility

Difficulty obtaining reliable, real-time data about the business.

04

Operational friction

Growth in activity starts to cause management failures.

The goal is not to change tools. It is to make the company work better.

HOW CAN ODOO HELP YOU?

A connected system to manage your company

Instead of managing isolated modules, we structure Odoo around the key operational areas of your business.

HOW WE IMPLEMENT ODOO

A step-by-step implementation

Each phase turns a decision into a verifiable foundation for the next. That way the project moves forward with the team, not behind the operation’s back.

  1. 01 · FIRST, WE UNDERSTAND YOU

    Understand

We analyse your processes, workflows, critical information and business priorities.

  2. 02 · WE DESIGN

    Design

We define the system architecture and how Odoo will respond to your operations.

  3. 03 · WE CONFIGURE

    Configure

We adapt and set up the tool based on the agreed model.

  4. 04 · WE VALIDATE

    Validate

Your teams run real tests on processes and data in a controlled environment before deployment.

  5. 05 · WE GO LIVE

    Go live

We plan the go-live and the critical migration outside working hours to protect the continuity of your business.

  6. 06 · WE EVOLVE

    Evolve

Once the system is consolidated with the team, we plan improvements and integrations according to the priorities identified.

Operational continuity

Sensitive data migrations and the move to production are prepared with rehearsals, clear responsibilities and agreed working windows.

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE TO IMPLEMENT ODOO

Is it time to change or improve your system?

Implementing Odoo with Studio73 responds to specific moments of business maturity.

  1. 01

Your business has grown and your current system has become limiting.

  2. 02

You use too many standalone applications to cover day-to-day operations.

  3. 03

You need to centralize information to get clear, integrated metrics.

  4. 04

You want to digitalize the supply chain, production or finance.

  5. 05

You want to prepare the technical infrastructure to scale in an orderly way.

Let’s talk about your situation →

ODOO ADAPTED TO YOUR BUSINESS

Standard first. Specific only when it really adds value

We question customization by default to protect the scalability of your software.

01

Prior analysis

We understand the business process before proposing technical developments.

02

Using the standard

We take advantage of Odoo’s native capabilities to reduce complexity and future costs.

03

Justified customization

We only develop when it responds to a real competitive advantage.

04

Sustainable solutions

We keep a clean structure to make future upgrades easier.

INDUSTRIES

An implementation adapted to your reality

We adapt the deployment to the specific operational context of each industry.

01

Industry and manufacturing

Production, purchasing, costs, quality, warehouse and traceability.

02

Logistics and operations

Purchasing, inventory, warehouse, distribution and process visibility.

03

Omnichannel commerce

Channels, stores, marketplaces, stock, suppliers and logistics.

04

Services

Projects, planning, hours, expenses, support and profitability.

05

Finance

Control, integrated information and connected financial processes.

06

Other business contexts

If your reality is different, we analyse how Odoo fits into it.

STUDIO73 METHOD

Clear decisions so the implementation moves forward under control

We don’t start by configuring screens. We agree on what the project must solve, which layer fits each need and how it will be validated before go-live.

01 · SCOPE

Scope before configuring

Goals, critical processes, owners and limits defined before building.

02 · JUDGEMENT

The right layer

Standard Odoo, OCA, Studio73 Layer or specific development depending on value and maintainability.

03 · VALIDATION

Real processes

Data, integrations and end-to-end flows tested with key users before go-live.

04 · CONTINUITY

Stabilization and evolution

Follow-up, adoption and prioritized improvements after go-live.

Every decision must be explainable, testable and maintainable.

FAQ

How is an Odoo implementation organized?

An implementation usually goes through diagnosis, design, configuration, migration, testing, go-live, stabilization and evolution. Scope, owners, validation criteria and exit conditions must be defined before moving forward. If the project is split into stages, each one must have its own goals and deliverables.

What should the company prepare before starting?

You don’t need to have the whole solution defined. It is advisable, however, to identify the people responsible for each area, provide access to current information and set aside time to make decisions and validate the system. You also need to specify which data will be moved, which users will take part in testing and which processes must be ready before go-live.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

There is no single timeline. The duration depends on the number of areas involved, the complexity of the processes, data quality, integrations, customizations and the availability of the company’s team. That is why we first define the scope and the roadmap. This makes it possible to plan the work in phases and to distinguish what is needed to start safely from what can evolve later.

Can data be migrated from the current system?

Yes, as long as the information is accessible and has a structure that allows it to be processed. Before importing it, we review which data should be kept, corrected, transformed or discarded. The process may include extraction, cleaning, transformation, import and reconciliation of customers, suppliers, products, documents, balances or other information within the scope.

Can we connect Odoo with other systems?

In many cases yes, but feasibility depends on the applications involved, available access, their APIs or connectors, licences and maintenance conditions. We analyse what information must flow, how often, which system will own each piece of data and how errors or duplicates will be handled. Not all integrations need to work in real time.

Is it necessary to customize Odoo?

Not always. First we check whether the process can be solved with standard Odoo, configuration, reusable solutions or community modules. Specific development is considered when there is a differentiating need or when the available alternatives do not cover the process properly. Every customization adds maintenance and must justify its value.

What happens after Odoo goes live?

Go-live opens a stabilization phase. In it, we review real-world operation, prioritize issues and support users during the first weeks of use, according to the agreed scope. Then new needs are organized into an evolution roadmap with clear priorities, dependencies and criteria to decide what should be addressed.
