Connect your sales process with your entire business

We connect your CRM with quotations, orders, stock and invoicing so your team sells with more control and every sale reaches the rest of the company correctly.

Sales cycle connected by Odoo: opportunity, quotation, order and delivery

WHEN SELLING CREATES MORE WORK

Selling more shouldn’t create more manual work

Leads arrive through different channels. Follow-up depends on each salesperson. Preparing an offer means checking several tools, and operations finds out too late what has been promised.

Sound familiar?

01

Opportunities with no owner or next action.

Follow-up changes depending on who handles each opportunity.

02

Sales information split across CRM, email and Excel.

The team works with different versions of the same information.

03

Slow quotations and discounts without a clear approval flow.

Preparing an offer requires checking too many tools.

04

Sales without reliable visibility of stock, prices or lead times.

Terms are promised that operations discovers too late.

05

Orders entered several times in different systems.

Information is copied and corrected instead of moving forward.

06

Sales forecasts that change depending on who prepares the report.

Management has no common reading to make decisions.

The problem isn’t just the CRM. It’s the disconnect between sales and the rest of the business.

THE COMPLETE JOURNEY

From the first opportunity to the order, without losing context

  1. 01Lead
  2. 02Opportunity
  3. 03Quotation
  4. 04Order
  5. 05Operations
01

More consistent sales follow-up

Leads from the website, campaigns, calls, events or sales actions are centralized in the same environment. Each opportunity has an owner, next action, history and alerts.

02

Quotations prepared faster

Products, price lists, discounts, documents and approvals become part of the sales flow. The team can prepare offers and turn them into orders without re-entering the same data.

03

Commitments based on real information

Before confirming a sale, the sales team can check availability, terms and lead times. This reduces promises that are hard to keep and later corrections.

04

A more reliable sales forecast

Management gets a shared view of the pipeline, conversion, reasons for loss, recurrence and margin to anticipate decisions.

HOW WE WORK

First we organize the process. Then we configure the technology.

Each project starts with a review of the sales process and its dependencies. The goal is to set a clear scope before configuring, integrating or developing.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We analyse processes, data, tools and leaks.

  2. 02

    Design

We define stages, responsibilities, rules and information exchanges.

  3. 03

    Prototype and validation

We test critical flows with representative users.

  4. 04

    Implementation

We configure the solution, migrate the data and prepare the team.

  5. 05

    Go-live and evolution

We monitor initial operation and prioritize the next improvements.

Each phase has goals and acceptance criteria. This reduces uncertainty, validates decisions before rolling them out and brings the system into operation progressively.

FAQ

Do we need to change all our sales tools?

Not necessarily. We analyse the role of each tool within the process, its integration capability, maintenance cost and the quality of the information it manages. From there we define what should be kept, integrated, simplified or replaced. The goal is to avoid duplication and prevent the team from working with contradictory information.

Is this only for companies that use Odoo?

Odoo is our main platform, but we review each company’s complete ecosystem. The scope may include the CRM, the online store, marketing tools, sales platforms or other applications connected to the sales process. The decision depends on which system should manage each piece of data and on the real integration options.

How do you get the sales team to use the system?

Adoption starts during process design. We involve key users, validate real situations and define what information each profile must record and when. Then we organize training according to each user’s responsibilities and review the questions and issues that arise after go-live. Training helps, but usage also depends on the system fitting the real way of selling.

Can we keep different sales processes within the same solution?

Yes, when there are justified differences between teams, channels, markets or customer types. First we identify which criteria must be shared and which exceptions respond to real needs. The solution should provide a common view of the process without forcing every team to work identically when it is not necessary.
