What kind of projects are shown on this page?
We show projects for which there is enough information to explain a specific need, the work carried out and the available evidence.
They may include implementations, migrations, stabilizations, integrations, evolutions or improvements to existing systems. Not all projects have the same scope or respond to the same business situation.
What information does each case include?
Each project should explain the company’s context, the challenge it had to solve, the areas or processes included, the decisions taken and the work carried out.
When authorized and verifiable results exist, they are also included. Figures, testimonials and claims must have a clearly defined source and scope.
Can we find a comparable project even if our industry is different?
Yes. Similarity does not depend only on the industry. It may also relate to the volume of operations, process complexity, the number of channels, the need to migrate or integration between systems.
That is why it is worth looking for cases with comparable operational challenges, even if the company’s activity is not exactly the same.
Can the results of a success story be applied directly to our company?
Not necessarily. Each result depends on the starting point, the project scope, data quality, team involvement and the company’s specific conditions.
A case helps to understand how a real situation was approached, not to guarantee that another organization will get exactly the same result.
Do you only work on new implementations?
No. The published projects may include new implementations, version migrations, stabilization of existing systems, integrations or Odoo evolutions.
The right approach depends on the starting situation. Before proposing a change, we analyse what works, what is limiting the operation and what is worth keeping.
How can we know whether a project is comparable to ours?
We review the processes involved, the starting point, the systems used, the volume of information, the teams involved and the goal of the work.
If there is no identical case, we can use projects with similar complexity or a similar operational challenge as an initial reference.
