What profiles take part in a Studio73 project?
The make-up depends on the scope, but a project may require functional consulting, development, infrastructure, support, quality or project coordination.
We define the responsibilities needed so that business decisions, technical configuration, testing and go-live are coordinated.
Who is in charge of project decisions?
The project must have clear owners on both teams. Studio73 coordinates the technical and functional decisions within its scope, while the company must validate its own processes, priorities and business criteria.
This split prevents decisions from being left without an owner or changes being added without proper validation.
How is knowledge kept during and after the project?
We document the relevant decisions, configuration, integrations, tests and the criteria needed to maintain the solution.
In addition, knowledge must be shared among the people involved in the project and passed on to the client’s team through training and documentation tailored to the scope.
Who supports us after go-live?
Continuity depends on the service agreed for each project. It may include stabilization, support, answering questions, maintenance or evolution of the solution.
Before go-live we define the channels, owners, priorities and service conditions that correspond to the contracted scope.
